DB-VRX

Agilent J&W DB-VRX features unique selectivity, engineered for optimum resolution of volatiles. The low-polarity DB-VRX columns deliver excellent peak shapes and are fully compliant with U.S. EPA methods 502.2, 524.2, and 8260. In these bonded and cross-linked columns, no subambient cooling is required to resolve the six 'gases'. DB-VRX features an operating temperature range of -20 to 260 °C.

  • Unique selectivity engineered for optimum resolution of volatiles analysis: U.S. EPA Methods 502.2, 524.2 and 8260
  • 0.45 mm id columns provide more plates per meter compared to 0.53 mm id columns for the fewest co-elutions for GC method (an industry first)*
  • No subambient cooling required to resolve the six "gases"
  • Fast run time:
  • <30 minutes for optimum sample throughput
  • <8 minutes with 0.18 mm id
  • Low polarity
  • Excellent peak shape
  • Bonded and cross-linked
  • Solvent rinsable
  • Each Agilent J&W GC column is tested with the tightest industry QC specifications for column bleed, sensitivity, and efficiency to provide you utmost confidence in qualitative and quantitative results
  • For details about the QC test conditions including the test probe mixture and the resulting chromatogram, please refer to the Agilent J&W GC Column Performance Summary shipped with each GC column
