Eprogen MICRA CM300 Series

Weak Cation Exchanger - Eprogen MICRA CM300 support has a polyamide coating containing carboxymethyl groups and is bonded to a 6-7µ, 300Å, silica. Selectivity can be altered by mobile phase salt composition, and pH affects ionization of both the support and the solute. CM-300 permits analysis of proteins up to molecular weights of 200,000 daltons and exhibits excellent recoveries as well as high loading capacity.
