Polar MC30-HIC Ether Series

Polar MC30-HIC chromatographic media is composed of hydrophilic polymethacrylate beads functionalized with ether or butyl on the surface, as shown in Figure 2, which provide appropriate hydrophobic characteristics and interactions with biological analytes. Those media have an average particle size of 30µm and pore size of 800 Å. It has high physical and chemical stability and can tolerate high-pressure operation up to 100 bars which allows faster flow rate and shorter running time. These resins are specially designed for various stages of hydrophobic interaction chromatography separation needs, from laboratory discovery, pilot-scale purification to industrial process.
