InertSep® CBA


 InertSep CBA is a silica-based sorbent modified with carboxyl ethyl functional groups. The primary interactions of this sorbent are catÚn exchange and secondary interactions are week-polar and non-polar. This sorbent is suitable for extraction of drugs with strongly cationic amine groups.

  • Average Particle Size ：35 〜55 μm
  • Carbon Load ：7.0 〜10.0 %
  • Surface Area ：400 〜500 m2/g
  • Pore Volume ：0.55 〜0.75 mL/g
  • Pore Size ：4.0 〜7.0 nm
  • Ion exchange capacity ：1.00 〜1.25 meq/g
  • pH Range ：2 〜8
