InertSep® ME-1

InertSep ME-1 is a methacrylate polymer based solid sorbent modified with iminodiacetic acid, weak cation exchange functional groups. It is highlyhydrophilic and does not retain monovalent Na ion or K ion, but it does retain metal divalent or moree cations. This offers selectivie concentration of such metal ions and is suitable for custom made of Ni affinity plates for protein purification.
