Agilent J&W DB-225 provides excellent performance for food authenticity and testing applications. These bonded columns are closely equivalent to U.S.P phase G19 and can be used as exact replacements for HP-225 column types. DB-225 is cross-linked and solvent rinsable and is fully operational between temperature limits of 40 to 220/240 °C. The columns are excellent for effective separations of cis- and trans-fatty acid methyl esters.
