InertSep MPC is a SDB polymer based sorbent modified with strong cation exchange and C18 functional groups.
Because of its hydrophobic and ion-exchange properties, it is useful for pretreatment of basic compounds from hydrophobic compounds in blood and urine for simultaneous analysis of metabolites. It can also be used for separation and purification of acidic, neutral, and basic compounds by making the sample matrix acidic, which can also correspond to the separation and enrichment of acidic compounds.
