Crimping and Decapping Tools

BGB offers various crimper and decapper tools. The Easy Grip Manual Crimpers and Decappers with the curved handle features comfortable use compared to metal grip designs. The bottom-pull handle allows for a steadier hold than top-push handles.
The Electronic Crimpers and Decappers fit on standard laboratory vials and seals with aluminum or two-part aluminum/steel caps. The electronically adjustable cycle is accurate and reproducible and can be adjusted on the display of the unit. The tools are ergonomically designed to reduce strain and arm injury associated with many manual crimping tools.
The High Power Electronic Crimping Tool (HPS) with new OLED screen display is faster and more powerful than the electronic crimping tool. It is designed to store separate programs for different caps and seals. It is powered by an universal power supply and uses interchangeable jaw sets.Jaw sets are strong enough to crimp all steel and magnetic caps.
